Payroll Officer

Due to an internal project we're on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to be a vital part of our team. Working closely with the Payroll and wider Human Resources Team, your role will be crucial in ensuring our payroll and HRIS systems run seamlessly and efficiently throughout our organization.

This is a fixed term position for an initial period of 18 months.

About the role

• Meticulous Record Keeping: Manage and update employee payroll files with utmost precision and confidentiality.
• Payroll Processing Pro: Process payroll transactions following our established company procedures.
• Onboarding Excellence: Coordinate seamless new employee onboarding, maintaining current documents and branding.
• Report Wizard: Assist in generating ad-hoc reports to support our decision-making processes.
• Entitlements & Payments: Handle the collection and reporting of entitlements and payments efficiently.
• Inquiry Master: Efficiently manage incoming inquiries to enhance our payroll and HR services.
• HRIS Hero: Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as required.

About You

• Payroll Proficiency: You bring 2-3 years of solid experience in payroll processing and HRIS support.
• Chris21 Expertise: Prior experience with the Chris21 Payroll System is highly regarded.
• Number Ninja: Strong numeracy skills and an unwavering attention to detail are your strong suits.
• Data Wizard: You're skilled in accurate data entry.
• Communicator Extraordinaire: Effective communication is your trademark.
• Organization Enthusiast: Your organizational skills, including time management, are top-notch.
• Customer Service Champ: You excel in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Team Player: You can seamlessly collaborate as part of a team or work autonomously.
