People Advisor

Job Responsibilities

Join Macmahon as a proactive People Advisor in our Surface Mining People Operations team at Greenbushes Lithium Mine. Reporting to the People Superintendent, you’ll provide hands-on HR support, enhancing employee experience and business performance. Focus on talent management, culture, and compliance to help our teams thrive.

About the role

• Provide HR/ER advice, coaching, and support.
• Support investigations, performance, and disciplinary processes.
• Analyse HR data/metrics to identify trends and respond to needs.
• Partner with stakeholders for people activities.
• Travel to Greenbushes Mine Site and other projects (at least once a fortnight).

About you

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in HR or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in mining.
• Knowledge and experience with employment legislation and HR policies.
• Willingness to travel to site fortnightly.

Recruitment process
