Property and People Support Liaison Officer 

Work location: Karratha residential

Contract: 12-months, fixed-term 

Roster: Monday - Friday 

The position of Property & People Support Liaison provides day to day assistance with the management of open market rentals and Fortescue owned properties in the Pilbara region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate processing of payments to Pilbara based vendors
  • Previous experience in a Property Management role and high level demonstrated customer service
  • An ability to book flights and accommodation in line with Fortescue mobilisation systems and policies
  • Undertakes filing and record archiving activities in-line with electronic records guidelines
  • Provides general administrative support as required for the team
  • Field work including the completion of inspections, reports and property checks

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstration of professional communication across all forms of media
  • Works effectively and collaboratively in a small, dynamic team with the ability to respond positively to change
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams 
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Strong demonstration of customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a good attention to detail and a flexible mindset
