We are looking for a senior Business Intelligence professional with a love of data and product delivery as well as a curiosity around what makes people tick to join the global People Data and Insights team.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned BI Developer/Analytics professional to help contribute to the success of our organisation through meaningful people insights that enhance the employee experience and have real business impact.

Reporting to the People Insights Manager and working in a collaborative community within People Data and Insights division, you will:

• Develop data models, analytics and reporting products using best practice data platforms and tools including PowerBI, DataBricks, Python, R, SQL, etc.
• Develop actionable insights for the enterprise-wide HR group
• Troubleshoot business intelligence modeling issues and develop solutions
• Work in a small team of BI developers driving HR process improvements

What you’ll bring

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• Experience in fullstack BI development using various tools and technologies to create end-to-end data pipelines, data models, reports, dashboards, and interactive applications
• Strong Experience working with PowerBI and/or other data visualization tools
• Keen understanding of data transformation processes including data modelling
• Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills
• Proven skills using SQL Queries
• Experience developing solutions in Azure Databricks, MS SQL schemas and models, ETL processes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Economics or related technical fields
• Specialisation in or experience with Human Resources or social science data
