About the Role
Reporting to the Supervisor People Logistics, the key function of this role is to process accommodation & flights, daily room inspections, check-in for accommodation arrivals, cleaning schedule, front line customer service, prepare flight manifests for airline & flight check-in at the airport.
You will predominately be dealing with a fly-in-fly-out workforce, but also personnel from other sites, third party customers, site administrators and service contractors. You will be working in a back-to-back arrangement that requires diligent work practices to enable smooth transition when you commence and conclude each shift.

About You
You will be someone known to maintain positive communications and handle a range of customers and their requirements. Travel & Accommodation experience is essential for this position with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role or in a Senior Site Administrator role. Previous exposure to a mining site would be advantageous.
As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Experience with SAM/Workflow essential
- Experience in travel and accommodation
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Frontline customer service experience/exposure
- Experience with Avantik check-in desirable but not essential
- Experience working at an airport desirable but not essential
- Ability to work well within a team environment & prioritise task
- Ability to work autonomously
