About the Role

Reporting to the Village Supervisor the key function of this role is to process accommodation & flights, daily room inspections, check-in for accommodation arrivals, cleaning schedule, front line customer service, prepare flight manifests for airline & flight check-in at the airport. You will predominately be dealing with a fly-in-fly-out workforce, but also personnel from other sites, third party customers, site administrators and service contractors. You will be working in a back-to-back arrangement that requires diligent work practices to enable smooth transition when you commence and conclude each shift.

You will be busy and will have to be very organised in your approach to work to keep up with the multiple customer demands. About Leinster
Leinster is located 375 kilometres north of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. The operation sources nickel ore from the Perseverance Underground Mine and Cliffs Underground Mine before crushing and processing to produce a concentrate. The Leinster Village and Township offer a unique lifestyle with all the modern conveniences – an Olympic size swimming pool, health and fitness centre, race-course and even an 18-hole golf course.
About You
You will be someone known to maintain positive communications and handle a range of customers and their requirements. Whilst travel and accommodation experience would be highly relevant to the role, we are prepared to train the right person. Previous exposure to a mining site would be advantageous.
As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Frontline customer service experience/exposure
- Experience with SAM/Workflow preferable but not essential
- Experience with Avantik check-in desirable but not essential
- Experience working at an airport desirable but not essential
- Ability to work well within a team environment & prioritise tasks
- Ability to work autonomously
