People Services Coordinator
Work Location: Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people
Roster: 8 days / 6 off
Our People Services team is after an enthusiastic and self motivated individual with high attention to detail to join our team in Perth. Working a 8/6 family friendly roster, you will be responsible for generating contracts and on-boarding/offboarding employees and processing employee change of conditions. This position will be on an initial 12 month fixed term contract
Key responsibilities include:
- Validating and processing employee changes to conditions (e.g. transfers, promotions, roster changes etc).
- Generating letters related to change of conditions
- Creating and maintaining SuccessFactors personnel data for employees, organisational data for positions / departments
- Be accountable for the accuracy and integrity of employee data retained in multiple systems
- Upholding a high level of customer service when dealing with employee and manager requests
- Creating and generating SuccessFactors reports
Qualifications and skills required:
- SuccessFactors experience essential
- SAP HR (PA/OM) experience
- Experience in a HR administrative role
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
