About the Role

Location:  Perth or Brisbane (Monday to Friday)

We are actively seeking the talents of an innovative and engaging individual to join our Technology Remote Operations Centre (TROC) team as a Performance Lead.

Reporting to the Manager OT Operations TROC, this role presents a terrific opportunity to lead Customer Engagement, evolve the team’s career development strategy and capability frameworks, and standardise organisational change management and communications.

In this diverse leadership role, you will manage:

  • Training Program including input into how candidates will be attracted, sourced and retained and development of pipeline/pathways 
  • Organisational Stakeholder and Change Management 
  • Customer Engagement (including comms and reporting)

About the Team  

The TROC team purpose is to quickly predict, prevent and respond to Operational Technology Events and consists of over 100 team members. The role sits within the TROC team and supports Major Incident, Problem and Change Management teams.  

About You

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced and skilled professional with outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You are team oriented, and results focused with genuine passion for mentoring and coaching others to achieve results.

In addition, we are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Organisational Change Management with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability Development
  • IT/OT experience 
  • Demonstrated Leadership experience
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and understanding root causes
  • Ability to support and grow a culture of diversity within the team
