Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Working closely with the Asset Management team, this pivotal role is responsible for delivering thorough major shutdown plans, gantt charts & labour maps, taking ownership and management of asset strategy plans, tasks lists, BoMs, counters & component change out tracking to maintain document compliance for all maintenance activities in line with legislative requirements and company policy. 

Contribute to asset availability and reliability and achievement of full capacity performance, by planning and scheduling preventative maintenance activities, major component change outs and overhauls, condition monitoring, major planned repairs and warranty follow-ups. 

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement
• SAP experience and the input/management of master data.
• The ability to build rapport and maintain relationships is crucial to the role combined with your excellent multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritise and your practical approach.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in the Maintenance & Planning
• Previous Project Management Experience
• Communication Systems
• Liebherr/ Caterpillar/ Epiroc/ Komatsu Experience
