About the Role

Reporting to the Superintendent Planning & Asset Health, in this opportunity you will provide clearly structured plans for our weekly work and deliverables for execution teams to follow.
We are seeking motivated, highly organised individual to join our Maintenance Engineering Centre of Excellence (MECoE) Team based in Brisbane office and working on Monday-Friday roster. This opportunity is initially being offered as a 12-month fixed term basis with the potential to be a permanent opportunity in the future.
There will be occasional travel to our BMA and NSWEC Mine Sites required, which will enhance stakeholder engagement.
About You
As our successful applicant will require strong process discipline and adherence to systems and frameworks, along with thorough job analysis and maintenance planning detail.
You will be strong with stakeholder engagement, communication, organisation and teamwork whilst driving a positive team culture.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you will present innovative ideas and be willing to go the extra mile. You will be enthusiastic about service delivery and passionate about delivering extraordinary results and have the ability to develop and grow across multiple areas of the planning team.
To be successful in this role, will have the following skills and experience:
- A trade or Engineering degree qualification with experience maintaining Ancillary fleet, CAT Mobile, or Sandvik drills.
- Demonstrated relevant Mine Site experience.
- A genuine commitment to safety
While not mandatory, but other desirable skills and experience:
- Maintenance planning experience.
- SAP or MS package experience
- Exposure to Master Data and Continuous Improvement
- Exposure or experience with budget management
