About the Role We are seeking motivated, highly organised individuals to join our BMA Integrated Operations Planning Team based at BHP’s Brisbane Office. Reporting to the Superintendent Planning & Asset Health, this opportunity provides clearly structured plans and deliverables for execution teams to follow. We are building a balanced and diverse team and are eager to hear from passionate individuals who want to leverage their transferrable skills. We are seeking motivated, highly organised individuals to develop and maintain maintenance plans for our weekly work. Reporting to the Superintendent Planning & Asset Health, this role provides clearly structured plans and deliverables for execution teams to follow. About You As a Planner Work Management, the successful applicant will require strong process discipline and adherence to systems and frameworks, along with thorough job analysis and planning detail. You will be strong with stakeholder engagement, communication, organisation and team work. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will present innovative ideas and be willing to go the extra mile. You will be enthusiastic about service delivery and passionate about delivering extraordinary results and have the ability to develop and grow across multiple areas of the planning team. To be successful in the role:
- Maintenance planning experience highly desirable but not necessary;
- Previous fixed plant, field or mobile equipment experience will be added advantage;
- SAP or similar CMMS software use and MS package experience;
- Exposure to Master Data and Continuous Improvement;
- Trade or Engineering degree qualification is desirable
