We are looking for experienced Planner/Scheduler’s to join our high performing teams across the Pilbara to help us excel at safely maintaining our assets through effective preparation and delivery of maintenance schedules.

Opportunities exist for Perth based candidates to FIFO or Residential on a roster that suits you! Reporting to the Senior Planner you will be responsible for:

  • Identify and communicate the critical tasks in the scheduling process to ensure weekly approved works are scheduled
  • Develop short to long term maintenance plans/schedules and ensure major maintenance is conducted to Asset Management standards, to increase reliability and availability of assets
  • Prepare schedules and capture all rescheduled work for present and future schedules
  • Report on key metrics as well as applying the 5 guiding principles of Lean for business improvement
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure there is effective communication of the plans and upcoming maintenance to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place
  • Participate in equipment failure analysis working with the Reliability Engineer

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Proven experience using SAP is highly desirable
  • Experience with executing, scheduling, or planning the maintenance activities
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Project and Excel)
  • Current Australian C Class Driver’s License
  • Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
  • Able to be proactive, flexible, and work independently
  • Highly organised individual with great record keeping
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Complex problem-solving skills and able to deliver solutions
