About the role
Join our inclusive Planning team at our coastal site location of Dampier Ports. We are looking for a Site Services & Mine Water Management Planner/Scheduler who will be accountable for planning & scheduling various maintenance work fronts to support the safe and efficient preparation and execution of maintenance at Robe Valley Iron Ore Mine Sites.
This role is suited to a highly motivated individual who is passionate about being part of the solution, driving positive outcomes and has a desire to develop their knowledge in maintenance scheduling.
Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, you will:
Develop maintenance schedules to enable efficient and effective execution to optimise cost and resource efficiency
Identify critical path, all resources required and schedule load within targets
Support quality execution of current schedule whilst identifying opportunities to analyse and improve future schedules
Management of maintenance notifications and converting them to maintenance workorders
Liaising with external vendors for maintenance planning purposes
Facilitate meetings and liaise with key stakeholders about upcoming maintenance to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place
What you’ll bring

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
Prior SAP, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling experience
Prometheus exposure would be beneficial but not necessary
Be proactive with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
Trade qualification essential but not necessary
Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills
Process driven with Work Management knowledge
The ability to communicate effectively, work and interact with others in a dynamic environment
C Class manual licence

This role will be offered FIFO from Perth, where you will work at our Robe Valley Mesa J mining operations on a 8/6 roster – Thursday to Thursday.
