We are looking for experienced Short Term Planner’s & Planner/Scheduler’s of varied skill sets to join our high performing teams across the Pilbara to help us excel at safely maintaining our assets through effective preparation and delivery of maintenance schedules.

You will operate on a FIFO from Perth or Residential 5 days on; 2 days off / 4 days on; 3 days off roster reporting to the Senior Planner you will be responsible for:

  • Detail planning of jobs in SAP, capturing improvement changes, developing estimations of resource requirements and ordering materials
  • Prioritising work with the Supervisors, Superintendents and external departments, utilising your considerable stakeholder and relationship building skills
  • Developing and refining the scheduled outage forecast for designated site working with site and the central teams to optimise and manage business impact
  • Ability to think outside the box to safely reduced shutdown duration where possible
  • Understand & work with LTP’s in Zero Based Budget development
  • Work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation to identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure there is effective communication of the plans to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Proven experience using SAP is highly desirable
  • Experience with executing, scheduling, or planning the maintenance activities
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Project and Excel)
  • Current Australian C Class Driver’s License
  • Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
  • Able to be proactive, flexible, and work independently
  • Highly organised individual with great record keeping
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Complex problem-solving skills and able to deliver solutions
