Location Based in Perth, Western Australia, in the multi award winning office tower - ‘City Square’ on a Lifestyle roster. You will have stunning river views from your modern open plan office, state of the art facilities including virtual whiteboards and video conferencing facilities, 550 bicycle racks with ample lockers, showers and change room amenities and a large outdoor terrace with barbecues.
About the Role
Reporting to the Plant Control Supervisor, you will be part of the Fixed Plant Control team located in Perth and responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operation of all fixed plant equipment located at our Pilbara Operations.
Key responsibilities include:

Plant Monitoring and Control;
-
Delay accounting;
-
Fault finding and recovery;
-
Adherence to plan, and optimizing where possible.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will offer:
-
A demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety and the environment is essential;
-
Demonstrable experience developing strategies and executing plans;
-
Exposure to Plant operations is desirable;
-
Experience in Processing Plant Control using Citect software or similar would be advantageous;
-
The ability to successfully work within a high performing team environment with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships;
-
Proven ability to function as a member of a team;
-
Highly developed analytical, problem solving and decision making ability;
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
