We are looking for a Principal Change Management to join our Orebody Knowledge Productivity team in Perth to support our Orebody Knowledge Productivity Program. You will play a key role in engaging with a multitude of stakeholders across the business locally and globally to drive change and guide stakeholders to help define a new way of doing things.

Reporting to the Lead - OBK Productivity Program, you will:
- Support the Orebody Knowledge Productivity Program in better targeting its activities through strategically evaluating the change impact of the program, identifying risks and recommending risk mitigation strategies
- Manage the development and implementation of the change management strategy across a portfolio of programmes and projects to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new tools and technology
- Manage relationships by providing support and consultation on key changes, defining the scope and responsibilities of the OBK Productivity program
- Deliver sustainable people-centred change implementation activities
- Provide coaching and training the team and greater organisation in change and transformation recognised methodologies
- Monitor, review and report against the effectiveness of change activities, to ensure that they are effective and sustained, adjusting where required

- Demonstrated track record of successful project implementation in complex environments
