About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Principal Advisor Digital Identity to be responsible for delivering ongoing identity lifecycle management, access management and application access services. Apart from leading and developing a highly performing team, you will lead and manage end to end Identity Governance Administration (IGA) services – Application integrations, life cycle management, governance, App security and operating controls.

Reporting to the Identity and Access Management Lead and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within the Identity service line in our global Information Technology (IS&T) team. You will:

  • Develop and maintain the IGA strategy, roadmap, standards and patterns
  • Effectively collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Partners, PMO to deliver the Identity portfolio and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the quality of services to maximise the customer felt experience
  • Lead and coach the team and act as subject matter expert on major projects
  • Develop strategies to improve onboarding and offboarding through persona-based access model
  • Manage operations budget and financial forecast and input into annual planning reviews
  • Provide required support to Identity risk and controls framework review and updates
  • Ensure processes are in place to monitor & report on service performance via KPI/Metrics
  • Ensure application security and access management are developed, implemented and managed in line with Identity/Security standards and patterns

What you’ll bring:

  • Commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • A wealth of experience in enterprise level Identity and Access Management
  • Proven track record of successfully developing, implementing, and delivering strategies & roadmaps to meet business goals
  • Experience in managing Identity lifecycle (including external) and HR integration
  • Experience in working market leading Identity cloud/SaaS platforms e.g,SailPoint/Saviynt or similar products
  • AD and Azure AD experience is desirable
  • Demonstrated strong security, risk, and governance skills
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Standards development and knowledge management methodologies
  • Understanding of Identity Risk and Control frameworks would be beneficial
