About the role

We are looking for a Principal Change Management to join our Operational Excellence team in Perth. Working across all our Iron Ore operations in the Pilbara, you will play a key role in developing and executing leading practice for the future of our operations. You will lead a team of change advisors and be empowered to manage and engage stakeholders across our operations in the Pilbara and our functional teams in Perth.
Reporting to the Productivity Lead, you will:
- Lead and coach your capable team of senior change advisors to deliver sustainable people-centred change implementation activities into operational and functional areas
- Upskill the team and greater organisation in change and transformation recognised methodologies
- Support the Operational Excellence Program in better targeting its activities through strategically evaluating the change impact of the program, identifying risks and recommending risk mitigation strategies
- Lead in collaboration with the Safe Production Systems deployment, local communications team and Mindset and Behaviours coaches
- Provide coaching and training to ensure quality outcomes from a change management point of view
- Monitor, review and report against the effectiveness of change activities, to ensure that they are effective and sustained adjusting where required

- Degree qualification with a transferrable skill set

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a team
- Ability to influence stakeholders of all levels and across multiple departments and roles
- Demonstrated track record of successful project implementation in complex environments
