About the Role

Reporting to the Manager People Excellence in the Projects Centre of Excellence, this role will be responsible for designing, delivering and sustaining organisational change across a number of global initiatives, including driving our culture change agenda and programs. In this role, you will:   

  • Apply a deep understanding of human behaviour, organisational culture and change management practices to deliver quality outcomes for the business and employees.
  • Coach and support senior leaders to define, deliver and sustain the culture change agenda and program across BHP Projects globally.
  • Design and deliver change management strategies for other project and programs lead by the Projects Centre of Excellence.
  • Diagnose the change environment, define and articulate the case for change, and determine the approach, tools and methods required to deliver change.   
  • Assesses change impacts to prepare integrated change management plans, manage change readiness and resistance, and upskill leaders and impacted stakeholders to ensure adoption and successful delivery of the change.
  • Evaluate the outcomes and sustainability of change efforts.

About You

As a successful candidate you will possess the following:

  • Degree qualified in Psychology, Human Resources, or business.
  • Experience in Culture change design and delivery is highly desirable.
  • Experience in global programs and projects deployment.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and work with competing priorities.
  • A high level of self-motivation, initiative, resilience and commitment to lead and deliver outcomes and manage change.

Location and Roster

This role can be base in our BHP corporate office in Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide or Santiago. You will be working Monday to Friday where flexible work is also offered.
