Role purpose
Reporting to the HR Experience Owner Manager, you will join an inclusive and strong performance orientated culture.
As a Principal GEO, you will be responsible for:
- End to end (E2E) customer value and productivity pipeline of initiatives for GBS HR to enable single view and prioritisation on highest value initiatives.
- Drives E2E HR performance and improvement routines at Asset level, for all assets globally (including all stakeholders within function and in business)
Accountabilities
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Build customer value pipeline of improvement initiatives for the process owned within remit
- Build internal productivity pipeline of improvement initiatives for the process owned within remit
- Provide consultative support for recurring issues within the relevant processing area and monitor and track interventions
Leadership, Coaching & Reporting
- Direct and influence BHP and Accenture team members by providing a clear vision, context and objective to problem solve and deliver improvements
- Stabilise and strengthen the team by providing coaching and capability development sessions to team members and other HR counterparts
Project Management
- Identify and select the best methodologies/approach for developing and executing projects (where applicable)
- Manage routines that monitor and identify team performance, schedule, risk and cost deviation, and adapt the plan to continually maximise value
Risk Management
- Proactively identify and take accountability to manage all risks for relevant experience area (operational, strategic, compliance and reporting)
- Analyse and evaluate risk to deployment of new processes to GBS HR.
Governance
- Define process standards and set and monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)and key performance indicators
- Work closely with Functional Integrity to manage technology and ensure system design is aligned with process intent
Measures of Success
- Overall customer satisfaction ratings for service area
- Overall customer sentiment (if available) for service area
About You
- A tertiary degree in Human Resources, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience working in HR organisations, ideally with experience working in an HR Operations or HR Services environment
- Expertise across the full spectrum of HR activity, including performance, talent, culture and foundational HR processes, analytics and improvement.
- Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems required including SAP.
- Strong continuous improvements skills
- Strong process governance skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Senior stakeholder engagement / relationship management skills
- Experience in working in a global environment
