Principal Health and Safety Systems and Processes
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
The Principal Health & Safety Systems and Processes shall be responsible for the development and implementation of Fortescue Future Industries Health and Safety Management System & compliance to Fortescue’s Global Management System
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Global Health and Safety Management System.
- Drive a consistent approach to the application of HS management processes across FFI countries & regions.
- Establish a process for maintaining compliance to Management System standards and legislative requirements.
- To ensure timely reporting to internal & external regulators in all areas of health & safety compliance.
- Co-ordinate the development and management of FFI health & safety documentation.
Qualification & Skills:
- At least 5 - 10 years experience in Health and Safety
- Working knowledge of country Health & Safety legislation, relevant standards and codes of practice
- Knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and maintaining HS management systems
- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety (or equivalent)
- Lead Auditor Qualified (WHS Management Systems)
