About the Role
We are seeking a HR professional who is looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference through partnering with our business leaders to achieve results. Based in Perth, the successful candidate will form part of a committed team supporting our Western Australia business, either in WAIO (Iron Ore) or Nickel West. The role provides advice to Senior Leaders on effective people processes to influence the culture and performance of our business. You will shape the people strategy for Iron Ore or Nickel West to ensure we have the right talent, capability and culture to support exceptional performance.
In this role you will be accountable for:
• Advising senior leaders on effective people processes to influence the culture and performance of our business. • Coaching leaders in cultural advancement, capability uplift, I&D, talent and leadership development, and managing through change. • Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives that contribute to the culture and productivity imperative. • Playing a key role during business planning processes and the development of Strategic Workforce Plans. • Provide guidance on HR strategy and context to enable and embed transformation. • Play a key role in strategically business partnering senior leaders during business planning processes and the development of Strategic Workforce Plans.
About You
You will have broad HR experience, with exposure to working with and coaching across all levels of an organization. You will have experience working within a complex organization and be passionate about supporting Leaders in creating an empowered high performing culture. You will be innovative in your thinking to enable the future direction of our organization and the future work of our employees. You are collaborative and seek to build strong partnerships across the HR team. It is important that you are down to earth, resilient, agile to. change, have an eye for detail and are results driven. Naturally your communication and interpersonal skills will be a strength as you interact with a variety of stakeholders. Additionally, you have a formal qualification in a Commerce/Employment Law/HR/Psychology related discipline with experience from a diverse range of industries.
