About the Role

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Driving the delivery of the streams of work within the Boardings project aligned to the key objectives. 
  • Risk identification and resolution, proactive, pragmatic problem solving to ensure deadlines are met and that initiatives move forward at pace
  • Identification and engagement with key stakeholders impacted by the changes you are delivering
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with people located globally, both within BHP/Accenture and externally (e.g. consultants, vendors etc.)
  • Support embedment of BOS (BHP Operating System) by ensuring usage of tools and routines to enable delivery of projects

About You

  • You’re comfortable to take the lead, proactively seek clarity and navigate for outcomes when things are unclear
  • Project management capability to lead stream/s of work from scoping to embedment
  • A passion to simplify the HR customer experience and fix our core processes
  • Can think strategically (see the big picture and connect dots) but also able to keep things simple and you're comfortable to work in detail where required
  • You have an interest in technology and our HR processes 
  • Ability to identify and understand different stakeholders and their needs, influence others and work collaboratively to get aligned outcomes
  • You can build strong personal connections and good working relationships
  • Inquisitive in nature, strong attention to detail and determination to deliver
