About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Processing –Mount Keith as part of the leadership teams you will be a key contributor improvement and operation of the Concentrator by improving operating and maintenance strategies, , support major project implementation, define maintenance schedules, operating standards, procedures and defined processes to achieve optimal maintenance outcomes for the operation.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide direction to operations and reliability teams on technical queries and decisions
- Offer continued development and mentorship to all team and ensure competency to key safe and maintenance performance requirements
- Manage technical queries for capital projects as well as support design reviews
- Represent Concentrator in Operational readiness requirements and implementation for major and minor capital projects
- Lead role in ensuring the effectiveness of maintenance strategies including ensuring they reviewed and implemented as well as integrated in the capital program
- Integrate production and processes requirements and changes into maintenance and production strategy and budgets including capital
- Prioritise maintenance effort and programs to ensure plant reliability
- Provide technical guidance and support to the operation and maintenance teams specifically the Superintendent Production, Superintendent Maintenance Service, and Superintendent
- Identify and implement Maintenance Execution improvement program Understand key leadership and technical role in the planning and execution of shutdowns
About You
- Hold a Trade qualification Electrical and Instrumentation or Mechanical with significant experience in reliability or degree qualified in a related discipline
- Technically adept within processing plant across mulitiple disciplines
- Leadership experience within teams and able to work independently with different team and disciplines
- Understanding of statutory compliance requirements
- Confidence to work across a range of disciplines and levels to foster mutually beneficial and cohesive relationships
- The ability to balance multiple incoming priorities and effectively deliver on customer expectations
- Exposure to Maintenance Execution environments as a supervisor or leader
- Quality focused with a drive to achieve results for the team
- Demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in ‘Safety Leadership’
