About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Payroll Projects, this role will oversee the timely delivery of the Payroll Foundations and Recalculation plan. Assures adherence to HR Assurance (Program) governance requirements. Leads some Payroll Foundations projects.

Accountabilities:

  • Facilitates input from key stakeholders to develop detailed project plan/timeline, including identification of key dependencies within project plan and highlight downstream impacts.
  • Monitors adherence with project plan/timeline and manages any slippage, including identification and management of any impacts on critical path.
  • Monitors adherence to overall HR Assurance (Program) governance requirements.
  • Liaise with Foundations and Recalculation team members to prepare relevant respective stream reporting (E.g. Steering Committee packs).
  • Coordinates / facilitates small Foundations Data Assessment initiatives.
  • Coordinates key stakeholder engagement activities for Foundations and Recalculations streams. 
  • Coordinates and facilitates key team meetings (E.g. stand-ups, workshops etc)  

About You

  • You will be a natural communicator and team oriented professional.
  • You will be comfortable in challenging proposed pathways and be able to communicate with influence and be able to use data to tell a story.  
  • You will be results focused with an ability to operate within a fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience in Payroll remediation / improvement projects and / or project management (including use of MS Projects) is desirable.
