About the Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure Technology is on track to deliver strategic commitments via tracking on the Scorecard and associated performance routines.  In the Principal Performance role, you will lead Technology’s Performance domain, build & embed performance capability and execute tasks related to performance improvement. Through strong communication, you will provide regular insights to senior leaders on Technology performance and FYTD delivery.  The role creates value through provision of reliable data, insights, verifications, stakeholder engagement, facilitating routines which deliver performance best practice across Technology and remediation of process weakness to enable the golden thread.

•    Engage with teams across Technology to support the development, monitoring and reporting of performance metrics against targets •    Manage the Technology Scorecard and associated dashboards •    Development of Performance data, insights, recommendations and presentations to support Performance routines •    Improvement action plan coordination and stakeholder alignment •    Develop performance capability and buy-in across Technology, through regular coaching •    Integration of Technology Performance processes with the wider business •    Provides guidance on the best practice use of performance initiative processes and tools •    Workforce and contractor management reporting and insights •    Contributes to companywide improvement efforts by working with cross-functional teams •    Partners with teams across Technology to drive compliance  •    Improves and preserves the integrity of Technology procedures, standards and systems through regular process/role confirmations and field leadership activity •    Provides guidance on process standardisation  •    Systematically identifies, prioritises, plans and executes improvements for Technology

About You

•    Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or STEM •    Demonstrated experience in performance & improvement related roles  •    Demonstrated experience in leading performance, ideally in a global environment •    Demonstrated experience in business compliance frameworks such as functional integrity, risk, safety or similar •    Demonstrated leadership, communication and coaching skills •    Experience with performance tools such as PowerBI or similar •    Excellent analytical skills which lead to the development of insight and recommendations •    Proven ability to document business objectives and translate them into processes or project roadmaps •    Experiences in stakeholder management in large, complex organisations  •    Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
