About the Role

Working as part of the Fleet and Autonomy Portfolio, reporting to the Delivery Manager you will work within our delivery team and alongside our contractor partners, to successfully deliver Autonomous Haulage deployment with a focus on customer expectations, HSE standards, quality and cost. Through supportive leadership and ongoing development of a positive team culture, you will encourage teams to deliver sustainable, quality, and timely outcomes.

This role is based at South Flank Mine Site, FIFO from Perth. While at work you will be staying at the Mulla Mulla Village on a 5D2X 4DX3 roster or a variation of. The opportunity to work this roster flexibly is also available.

Key responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Provide oversight and support to successfully deliver project packages and operational readiness activities.
  • Coordination of project updates, reporting and team meetings.
  • End of month project progress reporting.
  • Coordination of the Management of Change process for each new phase of the project deployment.
  • Execution of the planning and engagement process for each new phase of the project rollout on site.
  • Management of the project interfaces with various functional support teams, Minerals Australia Projects Support and Governance teams.
  • Oversight and coordination of the site based integrated testing – including management of testing resources, test planning and test evidence collection.
  • Provide inputs into plans, budgets, and targets for the projects and ensure delivery against them.

About You

You will have the opportunity to utilise your advanced engagement and collaboration skills in managing stakeholder relationships. Likewise, you will have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a high standard of oral and written communication skills. 

Your experience includes: 

  • Tertiary or Trade qualifications in a complementary discipline.
  • Demonstrated people engagement skills and the ability foster a collaborative environment,
  • Experience in applying your strengths in analysis and problem solving in order to develop business solutions and provide opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple deliverables across stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of mining processes or previous exposure to a mining environment highly desirable.
