About the Role
As Principal Project Delivery you will provide project management expertise and leadership to deliver technology and digital solutions for our coal mining operations. You will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery, from engaging with operational stakeholders to identify and priortise opportunities through to seeing the value delivered in project execution. You will lead a team of subject matter experts and contractors to safely deliver projects, on time and within budget. Supporting the Delivery Manager, you will work closely with our Queensland Coal business and the broader Technology function to deliver value through a customer-centric approach. Join a team that embraces flexible working arrangements including working from home. This role is Brisbane based, however occasional site travel is required.

As an experienced project manager you will have:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects, preferably in information technology, operational technology or digital solutions;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels of the business;
- Sharp business acumen and experience developing and managing budgets and schedules; and
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders across multiple geographical regions.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field;
- Project management qualification are highly preferable such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PMBOK;
- Experienced in a variety of project delivery methods including Agile and Waterfall and in the use of project, cost and scheduling management applications.
