  • Lead strategic sustainability projects from problem definition through options analysis, business case development, recommendation, approval and implementation.

  • Develop sustainability targets, indicators and performance measures, track progress against strategic priorities and recommend action where outcomes are not being achieved.

  • Provide technical guidance across climate, nature, human rights, modern slavery, social performance, community impact, social investment, workforce issues and responsible supply chains.

  • Prepare high-quality, decision-ready advice and sustainability content for senior leadership, Executive, Board and governance forums.

  • Integrate sustainability considerations into operational planning, capital allocation, procurement, supply chain, product and market development and project approvals.

  • Monitor evolving sustainability standards, regulations, frameworks and market expectations, assessing their implications for strategy, operations, governance and disclosure.

  • Build trusted relationships across the business and externally, using technical credibility, evidence and constructive challenge to influence complex sustainability decisions.
