Process Operator
Work Location: Eliwana - Fortescue’s Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people
Roster: 7D/7N/14R – FIFO ex Perth
Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, our Advanced Process Operators are responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the OPF and associated infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- General maintenance of crushing plant and associated equipment
- Regular liaison with management for production and target reports Qualifications
- Coach, mentor and assist other personnel with procedures, inspections, PMs
- Demonstrate the ability to make key decisions on events impacting production, preventative maintenance, breakdowns, and stockyard management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience operating large crushing screening processing plants including MMD sizers, cone crushing circuits associated conveying systems and associated plant components
- Strong safety standards and adherence to Fortescue's company safety values
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn new things
- Working at heights qualifications desirable
- Experience operating systems SCADA, Citect, Simplicity, and Meridian desirable
