We are looking for 2 experienced Procurement & Logistics Officers to join our Glencore Technology team. Reporting to the Superintendent Logistics, these positions will be residentially based in Brisbane on a 12 month contract.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide operational support to the GT Project & Aftermarket business
• Assist the management of logistics operations in the department / project.
• Maintain and foster relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and regulators of the Logistics operations.
• Managing accounts for all allocated customers at an acceptable level.
• Be required to process all customers’ quotes / confirmations / orders / packing lists / invoicing.
• Expedite PO’s against suppliers and provide tracking of Project & Spare Parts deliveries against advised dates.
• Be responsible for processing worldwide freight and customs requirements, co-ordinating 3PL activities
• Upholding personal and team commitment and compliance to all relevant regulatory, environmental, community and company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Prior supply chain and logistics experience with domestic and international freight.
• The ability and skills to analyse, generate and review logistics reports while maintaining accurate records of daily logistics operations.
• Experience using computerised ERP systems; the use of SAP will be highly regarded
