We are looking for a Product Design Lead to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our team by cultivating a dynamic environment, contributing to strategic outcomes, and working with stakeholders to make a difference.

Reporting to the Manager Design and working in a collaborative community within our Digital Products department, you will:

  • Master the design process from problem space, ideation to sketching and prototyping. Show off your skills in visual and interaction design by creating sketches, wireframes, flows, comps, and prototypes
  • Use customer insights to guide design and help with research efforts
  • Analyse data and understand customer perspectives to identify problems and opportunities
  • Create clear and engaging visualisations to communicate research findings to teams and stakeholders
  • Combine stakeholder vision, user insights, and team discussions into design proposals
  • Propose creative interactive experiences based on research and ideation
  • Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Use design systems effectively and understand their differences with bespoke product patterns
  • Test and improve your designs with stakeholders and users
  • Explain your design decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Use design tools like Figma, Miro, Dovetail, and testing tools efficiently. 
  • Strong portfolio that shows insights into your UX process and demonstrates creative problem-solving skills and conceptual thinking
  • 5 plus years of experience as a UX practitioner with a background in user experience design, interaction design or similar
  • Worked with a cross-functional team using agile methodology from inception to implementation to deliver impactful user experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, Communication Design or other related discipline, or equivalent experience or training
