About the role
We are looking for a Manager, Product Owner Reward People to manage and deliver digital solutions that solve business challenges. You'll work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business strategy to deliver technology solutions from ideation to implementation. You'll also build strong partnerships and networks to identify, shape, and manage the delivery of digital improvements that support business objectives.
Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, you will be involved with the following:
- Lead the evolution and operations of the digital solutions ecosystem in the Global HR Reward People process space
- Create and maintain partnerships and networks to understand strategic goals, priorities and business challenges that need to be solved, acting as a business translator of technical complexity
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives that support business objectives
- Challenge the status quo, with care and curiosity, to provide innovative solutions that keep us up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to stay ahead of the game
- Lead and manage initiatives and projects aligned with our strategic objectives
- Build cross-skilled & agile capability across Digital SMEs in the team
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of user needs to design intuitive and engaging user experiences with a principle of simplicity
- Partnering and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a way that is easily understood by various audiences from end users to senior executives
- Curious lean/agile mindset with thinking that traverses strategic, tactical, and operational layers at varying degrees
- Passion for innovation and keeping up-to-date with emerging trends, best practice, and technologies in both the HR and digital product space
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and continuously evaluate and optimize product performance
- Highly flexible in your approach with a proven ability to manage competing demands across diverse stakeholder needs
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget
Desirable
- Experienced in working with cloud-based technology (HCM systems e.g. Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM etc.) and taking an active interest in solution design
- Experienced in leading product discovery, creating product vision, and contributing to the overall product strategy and roadmap
- Experience with human-centered design, including user research and design thinking
