Product Specialist - Delta
Work Location: Perth - Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.
Roster: Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a highly motivated candidate to become a valued member of the Delta Support team. This role will be offered on a permanent basis on a Monday to Friday roster out of the Perth office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide subject area expertise in mobile asset management to the wider Data Management & Analysis group
- Play a key role to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the Delta platform
- Serve as the business interface for data services and products offered by the Integrated Planning department, with a particular focus on Mobile Plant management
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data services and products
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience and expertise in mobile asset management, with a strong understanding of the related technologies and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements
- Experience working in a similar support or product specialist role will be highly advantageous
