About the Role
The team purpose is to support a wide range of safety and production critical Operational Technology (OT) to prevent or minimise impacts to our Minerals Australia assets caused by failure in critical technology services.
This position will work on our Lifestyle Roster, working a pattern of days and nights, with a block of days off at the end of each swing. Employees on this roster enjoy two full weekends off out of four and will align to the following shift rotation: 2D2N5X, 2D3N4X, 3D2N5X. Shifts are 12.5 hours including handover, and you will benefit from additional shift allowances, as part of your remuneration package. As an added benefit, those on a Lifestyle Roster will also enjoy an additional week of annual leave per year.
The fun parts of this role include:
- Proactive monitoring & health management to ensure critical production systems availability.
- Rapidly provide break-fix solutions to restore production system availability following outages.
- Perform maintenance activities that reduce failure rates and downtime of equipment.
- Safe execution of planned maintenance and Change activities
- responsible for managing incidents to resolution and provide L1.5/L2 technical support.
- Supports the transition of new or enhanced Technology services.
- Review root cause of incidents to ensure continuous improvement of the technology environment.
- Apply effective risk controls to identify potential threats and minimize or remove a service impact.
About You
- Good Experience with Access Management systems (Suresite and Cardax).
- Experience using Operational Scheduling Tools.
- Working experience using Historian tools (OSIsoft PI Systems / Uniformance Process History Database).
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management System (Sample Manager and CCLAS).
- Exposure to AMPLA Supply Chain Visualisation and Delay Accounting Systems.
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an IT Operations Centre is desirable
- Previous mining/resources remote site process control experience preferred, including operational support of mission critical services.
