About the Role

Reporting to the Mine Services Superintendent and playing a crucial part of our mining production team the Production Coordinator will seek to engage with the production team supporting the execution of the weekly mine plan.

This role will see you working with a wide variety of stakeholders including maintenance and mine planning, and utilise your understanding of mining methodologies to advance execution of production.

This role is based at Caval Ridge Mine, Central Queensland on and 7/7 dayshift only roster.

About You

  • Collaborative relationship building and negotiation skills in order to engage others and influence peers;

  • Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience within a mine Production department is essential;

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple conflicting priorities and strong decision-making skills to achieve the best outcome for production execution;

  • Understanding of load and haul methodologies is essential across various applications including overburden and coal mining;

  • Good computer skills in MS Office programs with SAP being highly regarded;

  • A demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental management;
