About Us

About You

Do you experience job satisfaction from:

• Delivering planned levels of performance through your process teams
• Executing maintenance strategies developed by the Engineering Department
• Aligning performance and planning processes to the longer-term strategy of the mine
• Championing the health and safety leadership expectations?

Do you possess:

• Leadership experience in an underground statutory position and/or tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or a related discipline
• Excellent understanding of current NSW Coal Mining & WHS Statutory obligations, legislation and regulations
• A passion for visible leadership
• The ability to inspire and empower your team to drive positive outcomes?

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary Senior Leadership Team, your key areas of focus will be production performance, safety, continuous improvement and the delivery of results through your process teams.
