We're looking for an exceptional IT Professional, with solid experience in Agile frameworks to lead the charge in the exciting realm of Digital Operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Advisor - Digital Ops, you'll play a pivotal role in our journey to operational readiness at West Musgrave. Experienced digital professional leader with a track record in mining systems design and implementation.
About You
You will be responsible for the delivery of digital systems to support on-site operations, 1SAP including asset information management, fixed and mobile plant maintenance, inventory management, concentrate logistics, workflow systems, compliance systems, and visualisation systems.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also support the Infrastructure Program Lead, Digital Mining Specialist, Mining System OEMs, and the Mining Technology Team in the deployment of operations systems, which include automated haulage, semi-autonomous systems (drill, blast, bulldozers), explosive and blast management, fleet management, and fuel management.
You will be responsible for delivering projects to meet the Product Owner/Business Owner's operational outcomes and planning and delivering projects in alignment with the BHP framework.
Provide ongoing advice and feedback to the West Musgrave Project Team regarding implementing digital services and equipment.
Plan with the WM Digital package and other packages to proactively schedule, minimising unplanned work.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to deliver services to the asset.
Availability to travel to site as required (anticipated to be minimal).
