We are looking for an experienced Programme Lead – People Data and Analytics to support the effectiveness of the People Data and Analytics team by providing project and programme management, operational and tactical business support and guidance to the Manager, Data and Insights and leadership team.
Reporting to the Manager, Data and Insights, your key accountabilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate People Data and Analytics initiatives and projects – manage project plans, schedule and status reporting across the broader People Data and Analytics team.
- Lead and contribute to People Data and Analytics projects / areas of work.
- Identify competing priorities, flagging projects that need intervention.
- Help manage the work of agile teams and coordinate resourcing.
- Coordinate Board / ExCo / Senior Leadership papers and briefing notes.
- Develop appropriate presentation and communication materials.
- Shape and coordinate team and meeting agendas to ensure business critical issues are addressed and effective processes are followed.
- Drive and coordinate actions from internal and external meetings and reports on status.
- Facilitate the communication flow of information within and externally to the People Data and Analytics team.
- Build project management skills of the broader team.
- Budget management and support.
- Vendor / external Consultant engagement, management and coordination.
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- A broad range of experience in the management and coordination of programs and projects
- Sound knowledge in Data and Analytics, or previous experience working with Data and Analytics team would be preferred
- Exceptional organisation skills: able to work at pace, while tracking multiple competing priorities, and turning work around at speed.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement: able to develop productive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Judgement: able to identify and frame complex issues and opportunities quickly.
