Role: Project Coordinator - Contract Procurement and Supply Chain (CPSC)

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday

Supporting Contracts and Procurement management team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our dynamic and engaging senior leadership. 

This exciting newly created position will best suit someone who thrives on going above and beyond, has a personable approach and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 

To be successful in this role, you must be a diplomatic and resilient seasoned executive assistant with a mature and flexible outlook.  You will be highly organized and proactive in your problem solving and multi-tasking and have strong attention to detail.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships and liaising with internal and external senior level stakeholders.
  • Using your strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage complex calendars.
  • Preparing and revising documents including letters, reports, meeting minutes and presentations.

Managing the CPSC team will include:

  • Planning, organising, and coordinating events.
  • Oversee administrative arrangements including rosters, leave, training, travel, corporate expense claims (if required).
  • Manage documentation, filing and databases.
  • Manage the induction of new team members.
  • Preparation of correspondence, emails and executive papers.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role, within a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a personable yet professional approach.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach and demonstrated initiative to solve problems.
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with highly confidential matters.
  • Ability to work outside of core office hours as required.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other corporate programs).
