Role Title: Project Coordinator, Engineering
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a Engineering Coordinator, to join the Engineering Team to provide professional support in the coordination of engineering services, for our expanding business across the Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia portfolio of renewables projects.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate
- Documenting minutes and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Managing reporting for engineering team
- Determining project changes
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Coordination of interface with other functions, including Studies, Contracts and Procurement, Recruitment and Project Services, in support of the engineering services across the portfolio to progress priority actions
- Initiating and managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and new vendor onboarding and processing
- Financial reporting of purchase orders against budgets for engineering team
- Facilitating documentation input, reviews and issuing reports
- Support in management and supervision of consultants and contractors
- Constantly interacting with others in a positive and professional way to ensure that assigned tasks are completed on a timely basis
Qualifications and skills required:
- The successful candidate will have recognised experience in a similar role; experience with engineering contractors will be highly regarded
- Familiarity with project management and reporting software is desirable
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to show initiative, pre-empt problems and provide solutions
- Advanced reporting writing, interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work across multi-functions and engineering disciplines
