We are looking for a Project Specialist to support the overall program management for the Global Spare Parts Simplification program. This is a temporary opportunity until December 2024.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Simplification Program and working in a challenging and exciting environment you will be:

  • Drive the progress of a cross-functional team delivering key initiatives to enable sustainable improvement of the end-to-end spare parts process
  • Establishing and maintaining program governance frameworks, processes and standards
  • Help to ensure quality of program deliverables and adherence to established standards
  • Collaborating and integrating with partner programs that are driving site delivery
  • Support facilitation of communication between program stakeholders and provide support where needed to Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and initiative leads on project management methodologies, tools and processes
  • Assist in preparing monthly progress reports to update program sponsors
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including program plans, scope cards, RAID log, idea register and other related program documentation
  • Perform regular audits to identify gaps or non-compliance of program plan and processes

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Project Management experience including planning and resourcing
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to build, influence and maintain key relationships
  • Previous experience in leading change and teams in a cross-functional environment
  • LEAN qualification and experience is advantageous
  • Experience working in an operations, finance or business improvement role
  • Excellent communication including written and verbal
