We are seeking an engaging, safety focused Supervisor Projects to join our Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) team based in Greater Tom Price.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, coupled with your project management knowledge to effectively coordinate execution of work. You will have a strong safety leadership focus to ensure the reliability and sustainability of projects across our operations.

This role is a great opportunity to showcase your influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. Reporting to the Superintendent MEM, you will be: 

  • Providing leadership support to a team of up to five maintenance personnel
  • Leading a diverse portfolio of capital projects with the support of Subject Matter Experts
  • Driving improvement initiatives across Greater Tom Price MEM
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for customers
  • Collaborating with the wider MEM leadership and functional support teams to improve asset availability and reliability

What you will need for this role

  • Be proactive with a commitment to driving a safe and inclusive team culture
  • Have leadership experience and be confident in mentoring, developing and coaching teams
  • Exposure to contractor management
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple programs of change/continuous improvement activities
  • Ability to achieve outcomes through influence and collaboration with others
  • Hold a current "C Class" WA Manual Driver’s License

Where you’ll be working

Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees. It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.
