Project Support Administrator

Due to some exciting projects and business growth, we are seeking a Project Support Administrator to join our friendly team in Gunnedah, to provide high level administration support for our Vickery Project.

What you will do

You will be the 'go-to administration guru' supporting our world class heavy earthmoving rental fleet and maintenance professionals with all aspects of maintenance and project support administration including:

• Opening & closing work orders and recording equipment downtime
• Updating and maintaining rosters
• Raising and receipting purchase orders for goods and services and resolving invoice queries
• Maintaining equipment and other registers including back charges
• Preparation of work packs for site teams
• Ensuring HSE information is captured and accurately entered into business system
• General administration duties as delegated
