With close to 900 machines within our rental fleet, supported by a network of maintenance & component rebuild workshops and powered by our internal Asset Management team and fleet optimisation technology.
Emeco are seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator to provide support to our maintenance and rental departments. This role is integral in providing project based asset information across the western region.
About The role
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Actively participate in the management of the Emeco Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan, ensuring the teams adherence with required standards and processes
- Management of all On and Off hire workorders
- Tracking of progress status of On/Off Hires
- Responsible for consolidation of On/Off Hire packs
- Packs filed within relevant AMT workorder and in a format to be used by other departments where required.
- Working with Regional and Central Hubs to consolidate required works during the Return to Work (RTW) stage of an asset.
- Working with the RTW Managers to ensure all required information is provided and collected at both the beginning and end of an assets RTW repairs
- Opening work orders / events & closing work orders / events
- Ensuring all Back Charge related information is legible, consolidated and available for the Rental Team when required.
- Control and update Idle fleet status, asset transfers, disposals and new or additional equipment
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with BDM’s to achieve rental forecast and client communication.
- Ensure that communication with asset and maintenance management groups maintains the quality and reliability of Emeco assets
About You
The successful applicant will have the following skills and knowledge:
- 3+ years’ experience in coordination roles with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement
- Ability to work across and organise multiple work streams on both short and long term deliverables and is adaptable to change at the last moment
- Ability to negotiate with people to ensure that the most important tasks are fulfilled first, and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
- Proven high level ability to utilise software packages including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in AMT (Asset Management Program) preferred
- Effective planning & time management skills
- Ability to manage and resolve multiple issues/problems in an effective and timely manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Proven effective organisational skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part as a team
