Project shift supervisor is responsible for organizing and implementing underground projects.

Darlot Site Overview:
With over a century of mining history, Darlot is a cornerstone operation of Vault Minerals Limited producing high-grade gold production. The Darlot mine is located about 900 km northeast of Perth and 121 km north of Leonora, in the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.
The Projects Shift Supervisor is responsible for organizing and implementing underground projects. Also required to assist with crew shift supervisors duties by being responsible for managing and coordinating all facets of the underground operations to meet safety, production, and cost targets. Ensure that mining and planning activities support the short, medium, and long-term needs of the mine in alignment with Vault Minerals’ strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Coordinate daily underground production activities including development, stoping, ground support, and services.
- Perform statutory duties as required under the WA WHS Act (2020), WHS (General) and WHS (Mines) Regulations (2022).
- Ensure short-term and daily plans are executed safely and compliance to schedule.
- Communicate and collaborate with Technical Services and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure all personnel understand and comply with plans, procedures, and hazard management controls.
- Complete shift reports, production records, and incident reports accurately.
- Conduct and document pre-start meetings, crew briefings, and hazard identifications.
- Participate in rostering, resource planning, and training schedules.
- Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and change management programs.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers as required.
About You:
- Extensive underground supervisory experience, preferably within a gold mining environment.
- WHS Underground Supervisor (Non - Coal) Certificate
- WA Drivers License (Manual C Class)
- WA Dangerous Goods Card (DGSC)
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification
