Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver user requirements processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a clear and detailed scope of works, ensuring alignment with procedures and legislative standards.
- Lead scope and design risk assessments, incorporating effective controls into project planning.
- Support all phases of project design and manage council-related requirements.
- Coordinate CER / DER and RFW processes for assigned projects.
- Oversee procurement activities in collaboration with the Delivery team.
- Manage project retention and bank guarantees, including their release at the end of DLPs.
- Partner with the Delivery team on project onboarding.
- Administer project contracts, including monthly claims, contract notices, and risk management in relation to quality, cost, and schedule.
Skills and Experience
Criteria:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Project Management or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with all aspects of Project lifecycle management.
- Proactive, “can do” approach to daily activities.
- Competence in SAP, Microsoft office suite.
- Relevant drivers license.
