Property & People Support Coordinator
Work Location: Fortescue’s Hedland Operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.
Roster: Monday – Friday (Port Hedland residential)
Role overview:
We are currently looking for a Property & People Support Coordinator to join our Port Hedland property team in a residential role. This role will initially be on a 12 month fixed term contract
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance both scheduled and unscheduled
- Conduct ingoing / outgoing and routine inspections
- Building rapport with the tenants and being the first port of call for any queries
- Day to day portfolio management
Qualification and Experience:
- Experience in property management - with a good understanding of current requirements
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal and non-verbal and excellent customer service skills
- High level time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work in a small, flexible team environment
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Flexible to travel as required within the role
