About the Role
Shift Pattern: 7 days on, 7 days off, dayshift only
Work Location: Mine Services - Olympic Dam Underground and on Surface
We are currently seeking a Services Specialist Pump Maintenanceemployee to join the Underground Mine Service’s team. Reporting to the Services Projects Supervisor, the purpose of this position is to undertake maintenance / repair of pumps and associated pumping systems within the Mine Services department, to enable targets to be reached in a safe and efficient manner.

In this role you will:
• Undertake maintenance and repair of all Sandpiper, Flygt and Mono pumps;
• Complete minor fabrication repairs to pumps and frames;
• Need the ability to be able to work in a diverse environment both underground and on the surface;
• Complete general activities as required to support the broader team.
About You
• Proven commitment to look after your own wellbeing and the confidence to speak up to prevent others putting themselves in harm’s way;
• Able to follow relevant processes and procedures;
• A team player that will work collaboratively with your peers to achieve results;
• Self-motivated and able to effectively plan and organise required work;
• Willing to learn and contribute to promoting a supportive and positive team culture;
• Hold a valid driver’s licence with the ability to safely drive a manual vehicle;
• LF High Risk (Forklift);
• Mechanical or Boilermaker Trade (preferred).
