About the role
We are looking for a QA Analyst to ensure the quality of RTIO Standardised SWPs by providing guidance and feedback to meet quality assurance standards set by the Information Management team. Your goal is to ensure the delivery of high quality documents that are accurate and reliable.

Reporting to the Senior Advisor Information Management, your Key Accountabilities will include:
• Proofread and edit documents
• Ensure documents meet our quality standards
• Work with Technical Writers, Supervisors, and SMEs
• Provide support and training in grammar, Photoshop, and general assistance
• Improve styles, formatting, and photo editing processes
• Monitor the support inbox and process requests
• Collaborate with the Technical Assurance team to ensure clear technical content
• Send updates about SWPs to the business
• Lead the review and endorsement process and promote standardisation
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will
• Have a high attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and contribute to team discussions
• Have proficiency in Microsoft 365, business systems
• Be willing to follow and teach governance-based processes and standards
• Be capable to work to deadlines
Nice to have but not essential
• Experience in document control, technical writing and/or quality assurance
• A working knowledge of IM governance and/or quality standards

Where you'll be working
This role is based in Perth, at our head office in Central Park, and working Monday to Friday.
